Our ambition is to make the NIPI the PMI for inflation. But unlike a PMI or usual inflation indicators, our NIPIs are available daily, in real-time.

Our models have scanned through and analysed over a million news about inflation.

The NIPI shows the sign of the inflation news flow. We have also built a News Volume Index which gives the total buzz associated with inflation in a given country or theme.

Our indices are available for the following regions, for now: Global, Advanced economies, Large EM economies, US, UK, Australia, Canada, India and a few others.

They cover the following sectors: headline, core, food, utilities, airfares, indirect taxes.
