The data is submitted to us by the user while using the forms on the website or on our LinkedIn page.

Why we use data

We collect and store this data to provide the user with access to the services he requests. Under the terms of the GDPR, the legal basis for collection is consent.

How we process and store personal data

We use formspree.io to securely process information submitted through our contact or newsletter website forms. We use mailgun to safely route our email communication to newsletter subscribers and to our customers and monitor the traffic. This personal information will thereafter be kept private and secure and we do not transfer it to any other third parties.

The login details and access rights of our clients are stored in-house and with Auth0, the platform to authenticate across services and devices.

When you fill a form on the LinkedIn platform, LinkedIn may use your personal data in accordance with their own service terms.

Cookies

We do not use cookies on our public website.

In the client-only space (beyond the "Login" link), the only cookies stored will be those strictly necessary for the functioning of the services. For instance, the users preferences when using the Real-Time NewsBots will be stored as cookies for the app to function normally. In addition, Auth0 stores cookies strictly necessary for user authentication across the client-only website.

Newsletter

If you give us your email address, we may send you our email newsletter or other content we think is relevant to you. You can unsubscribe from these communications at any time by responding "unsubscribe" to the emails.
